₹55 lakh for a 2BHK in Budget Homes was what I signed for 4 months back. Now, with all the hidden charges and PLC, it's near ₹65 lakh. Builder ne kuch bataya hi nahi. Is this normal? Prices aur badh gaye kya, ya I got duped? Should I have waited?
