Been in real estate for years, but buying my own place on Budget Homes is a whole different ballgame. I'm checking out projects like SPLS Grah Awas Yojna and Aditya Urban Homes. I know the super area vs carpet area games, but what are the *real* hidden risks? Beyond just possession delays, are there legal issues or maintenance nightmares people face there? Or resale liquidity problems later? What red flags should I watch for that aren't obvious? Would you still pick one of these given the potential headaches?
