Visited a few projects last weekend in the Budget Homes corridor. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe even a small villa. But yaar, Budget Homes mein hidden risks kya hain? Builders often promise the world, but I'm worried about things like water supply issues, maintenance charges escalating, ya phir OC mein delays. Is the price jump from my current place actually worth these potential headaches? Already have a home loan, so don't want any surprises later. Kya red flags dekhne chahiye?

Exactly what I'm worried about! Budget homes ka naam sunke lagta hai sab sasta mil jayega, but the real cost comes later. Water supply toh sabse bada issue hai Gurugram mein, especially in new developing areas. My friend in Basai faces tankers almost daily. Is it worth saving a few lakhs for this headache?
