Honestly, I had no idea how much budgeting goes beyond the property price. Looking at a Suri Buildtech project in Tagore Park, the base price seems okay. But then stamp duty, registration, interiors... it's overwhelming. My parents keep saying factor in 20% more. Is that really enough? What hidden costs did you all face?
