Build quality matters more than amenities, right?
Everyone talks about ROI and appreciation, but nobody really focuses on the actual build quality of projects. I'm based in Dubai, looking at Sattva Aqua Vista. Can't do a site inspection myself, so need real ground truth. How bad are the construction quality issues after a year or two? Matlab, seepage, cracks, fitting problems – kitna common hai? Does poor construction mean higher maintenance charges later, even if the facilities are good? Investor perspective se, is it a deal breaker for resale or tenant attraction? I think good construction is more important than fancy amenities. Change my mind.

Totally agree! My biggest fear as a first-time buyer is getting stuck with a lemon. Amenities are great for showing off, but daily life is about solid walls and no leaks. Especially when you're paying close to ₹2.9 Cr, you expect quality.
Exactly! I'm looking at projects near Akshayanagar and the sales pitch is always about the clubhouse and pool. But what about the foundation? That's what I want to know. Sattva Aqua Vista sounds promising, but ₹2.9 Cr is
