Did a site visit to Wave Veridia last week. I work in real estate, but honestly, buying for myself, I'm super focused on construction quality. Worried about how cheap fittings or poor plaster will hit resale value down the line. Does anyone else think initial build quality really impacts long-term tenant attraction and maintenance costs? Or is it just location that matters for ROI?

Maintenance costs can really eat into your savings, especially when you're on a tight budget. Wave Veridia ke reviews bhi thode mixed hain construction quality ko leke, which makes me even more worried.
