Builder agreement clauses: are they always one-sided in Pune?
Just got possession of my 2BHK in Baner last month, finally settled in! But yaar, agreement mein itne hidden clauses the na, trust me, nobody tells you this. Mera project Revell Realtors ka Ravetkar Suman tha. RERA site pe check karna kitna important hai, warna builder kuch bhi date de dete hain for possession. Builder-buyer agreement mein penalties for delay are always one-sided. Meri toh OC bhi thodi late hui. RERA complaint file karni padi thi, but it felt like a long, drawn-out process. Kya RERA sach mein effective hai for everyone, ya just on paper? Anyone else faced issues with builder delays ya agreement mein unfair clauses in Pune? What did you do? Totally relate yaar! Builder agreements are a nightmare. Mera bhi same experience raha, lagta hai yeh standard practice ho gaya hai Pune mein. Sab hidden clauses aur one-sided terms.
