Did a site visit to Mahagun Mantra last week, and honestly, the sales pitch was smooth. But everyone talks about ROI and appreciation near Jewar Airport, nobody warns you enough about the builder-buyer agreement fine print. RERA registration check toh kar liya, but ye agreement clauses, especially for Saha Groupe projects, seem so one-sided. Is RERA actually effective against these unfair terms in Greater Noida? I'm worried about project delays affecting my investment exit. Change my mind, is RERA enough?

Yaar, I totally get what you're saying. Mahagun Mantra ka sales pitch toh sabka smooth hota hai, asal game toh agreement mein hai. Maine bhi suna hai Saha Groupe ke clauses bahut tricky hote hain. RERA registration dekh liya, but kya guarantee hai ki woh enforce hoga agar builder ne haath khade kar diye?
U1, absolutely! My experience in Alpha I Greater Noida was similar. The builder-buyer agreement had a clause saying 'possession date is tentative and subject to change without prior notice'.
