Beyond just seeing the registration number, are there specific red flags to look for in their history or project status? Also, what are the absolute must-check clauses in the builder-buyer agreement? I've heard some agreements heavily favor the builder, especially with possession delays. Does RERA actually help when builders drag their feet, or is it a super long process? What are our real options then?
