Builder amenity promises are almost always fake.

New projects always overpromise on amenities, it's a fact. We're downsizing after the kids moved out, need a manageable 2BHK flat in Ghaziabad. Saw Prestige Mayflower At The Prestige City, brochures look amazing, but I'm worried about what's actually delivered. Is their clubhouse properly maintained? Are the green areas just patches or genuinely usable for walks? Don't want to pay high maintenance for ghost facilities. We're selling our old place, so need something with good resale potential down the line, but also a peaceful daily life. My biggest concern is maintenance charges. Are they reasonable for the services provided, or just a black hole? Heard some societies have huge hidden costs after a year. Does anyone live there or visited recently? What's the ground reality like? Honestly, just want a hassle-free, comfortable home.
