₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Whitefield is a big chunk, even for someone in real estate. I'm looking at Prestige City and Keya Life By The Lake. Honestly, the brochures for both look amazing, all those promised amenities like the massive clubhouses and sports facilities. But what's the actual ground reality with these builders? Post-possession, do they really deliver on those fancy amenity promises, or do they become glorified empty spaces? Also, what's the possession experience like? Any hidden surprises with finishing or charges that pop up at handover? I know the super area vs carpet area games, but what about the actual quality of fittings and common areas after a year or two? Need real, off-the-record opinions before I commit. Thanks!
