Sattva Lake Ridge – I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. The brochure showed one thing, actual delivery another, you know? Promised clubhouse facilities? Ghost town. And the fittings... already seeing cracks. Maintenance charges are insane for this lack of quality. Anyone else feel like they got bait-and-switched here?

Yaar, this is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer! The brochures make everything look so perfect, like a dream. But then you hear these stories and it just makes you so nervous. Budget already stretched, don't want to end up with a lemon.
