Bhai, RERA registration is non-negotiable. Agar project RERA registered nahi hai, toh seedha red flag hai. You lose a lot of legal protection. Mere ek dost ne ek project mein invest kiya tha jo RERA ke bina tha, ab builder gayab hai aur paisa atka hua hai. Gurugram mein bahut builders hain jo loopholes use karte hain. Agreement mein penalty clauses, possession date ki clarity, aur force majeure clauses dhyan se padho.
Exactly! Meri bhi yahi tension hai. Builders kuch bhi likh dete hain aur hum sign kar dete hain. Badshahpur mein bhi yahi haal hai, itne naye projects aa rahe hain.
