₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Muradnagar se pehle, MR Proview Realtech ka agreement padha. Honestly, mujhe laga easy hoga, but terms & conditions itne complex hain. Ek clause tha possession delay penalty ka – bilkul one-sided. Agar builder late ho, toh ₹5/sqft, but agar main late EMI karu, toh 18% interest! Aur super area vs carpet area ka difference bhi clear nahi tha. What other red flags should I look for in these papers? Aap logon ne kya experience kiya?

Sahi keh rahe ho. Ye builders hum first-time buyers ko phasa dete hain. Mere friend ke saath bhi Achchheja mein aisa hi hua, builder ne RERA ki warning tak ignore kar di.
