Did a site visit to Sattva Lake Ridge last Saturday and honestly, I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. But yaar, builder-buyer agreements mein itne hidden clauses hain, it's scary. Even with reputed names like Salarpuria Sattva, I'm worried about possession delays. Kya real legal options hain RERA ke under if a builder like them defaults or delays? Is filing a RERA complaint actually effective, or just a paper exercise? Also, OC delay ka kya scene hai? Can they push for possession without it? I'm not sure if I should sign without understanding every single clause. Any past experiences with these issues in Hyderabad?

Salarpuria Sattva might be an old name (since 1986, right?), but that doesn't guarantee anything in today's market, especially with their HQ in
Totally feel you, U1! I'm also looking in Hyderabad, especially around Ameerpet, and the agreements are a nightmare. Every builder, big or small, seems to have these tricky clauses. I'm worried about my EMI starting before I even get possession, that's a huge financial stress point for me.
