Builder-buyer agreements are just legal traps.

My lease ends in 3 months and I'm looking at a 2BHK in Krishna Kunj. Ansal API has some options, but their builder-buyer agreement looks so one-sided. Clauses about possession delays and penalty amounts seem unfair. Is this normal? What red flags should I really watch out for before signing?

Totally normal, bhai! Builder-buyer agreements are always like that. They protect the builder, not us. It's a huge headache for first-timers.
