Just moved into Jaypee Klassic Heights last month, aur honestly, the whole process was a nightmare. Everyone talks about location ya amenities in Noida, but nobody warns you about the builder-buyer agreement (BBA) ka asli game. These documents are designed to protect only the builder, bhai. My BBA with Shreelabh Buildcon had so many clauses that were just one-sided. Project delays, construction quality issues, aur penalty clauses? Sab builder ke favour mein. RERA ka naam hai, but kitna effective hai jab builder ne already itna tricky agreement sign karwa liya? Lagta hai RERA bhi bas formality hai. Is it just me ya sabko lagta hai ki yeh agreements humare liye bane hi nahi hain? Change my mind.
