Is anyone else sick of these builder-buyer agreements where every clause protects *them*? I work in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK in Kondapur, maybe at Sattva Lake Ridge, makes me see how rigged these contracts are. Everyone says RERA helps with delays, but is it actually effective in Hyderabad, or just another paper tiger? What happens if Salarpuria Sattva defaults or delays significantly?
