Builder-buyer agreements are mostly a one-sided game here, I've realized after seeing a few. I'm so done with renting, my landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm seriously looking at a 3BHK, maybe ₹2.5 Cr range near Golf Course Extension. Tribeca Creators LLP ka Ganga Valley bhi dekh raha tha. But yaar, unke agreement mein delivery delays ke clauses dekh ke darr lagta hai. If they delay possession, RERA mein kya real options hain? Is it actually effective ya bas paperwork? Aur kaunse clauses hain jo end-users ko sabse zyada affect karte hain? Not sure what to look out for before signing. Any advice on protecting ourselves from these developer-friendly terms, especially around Gurugram ke infra delays jaise Dwarka Expressway ke paas?
