I'm looking at a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, near 150 Feet Ring Road. Price is around ₹90L. Builder-buyer agreement mein itne clauses hote hain, lagta hai sab builder ke favor mein hi hain. Kya kisi ne actually RERA mein complain kiya hai for project delays and got results? Like, if Ansal API delays possession, what are our real legal options? Is RERA complaints actually effective in Rajkot, ya bas paper pe hi hai? Before signing, what are the absolute must-check legal documents beyond just RERA number?
