Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm seriously looking for a 3BHK in Noida, maybe Sector 150 or 137. My biggest learning so far? Construction-linked payment plans. Yaar, these builders like Gaursons or ACE, they keep asking for money based on stages, but sometimes site par kaam bilkul slow hota hai. It's like a hidden EMI, not just for the loan. Should we push for time-linked instead, or is ready-to-move the only safe option now? My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids, and I don't want financial stress from a stalled project.
