Builder comparison in Noida - Advice needed!

Hey everyone, I'm looking to invest in Noida and am confused about which builder to go with. What are your experiences with different builders here? Specifically, what do you think about the quality of construction from different builders? Has anyone experienced significant delays with any particular builder? Also, what's your take on the customer service and after-sales support? Which one is better in terms of post-possession support and maintenance services? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which builder offers better ROI? I'm mainly looking for residential properties. Any suggestions or recommendations would be great. Thanks!
