Spent the whole Sunday trying to get clear answers from builder sales teams. Noticed a huge difference in post-booking customer support, especially for remote buyers like me in Dubai. Prestige and Sobha seem responsive pre-booking, but I'm worried about later. Has anyone dealt with Brigade or Godrej post-booking for a 3BHK in Electronic City? Matlab, power of attorney process, OC updates, these things ke liye proper communication milta hai kya? Remote se manage karna isn't easy. What's the real ground truth for their support after you've paid the booking amount?

Totally relate yaar! Pre-booking toh sab sugar-coat karte hain, but payment ke baad asliyat pata chalti hai. I'm also worried about this, planning for a 2BHK in Sarjapur and the thought of remote follow-ups gives me anxiety.
