Dwarka – finally looking to buy after years of brokering deals for others. Khud ke liye property lena is a different ballgame. I'm considering DLF, Godrej, Central Park for a 3BHK, budget around ₹2.5 Cr. My main concern hai post-possession hidden charges, like maintenance deposits ya sudden PLC. Builders ka construction quality after 2-3 years, especially seepage issues, kitna real hota hai? Also, word-of-mouth reputation for customer support after booking, especially for Central Park and Godrej, kaisa hai? Off the record batao, which one is better for end-use?
