Do saal se rent pe reh raha hoon aur ab bas ho gaya. Socha finally apna ghar lunga. EMAAR ke New Chandigarh project mein ek 3BHK book kiya tha, construction-linked plan mein. Socha under-construction mein thoda sasta padega, but ab 2 saal late ho gaya hai. EMI aur rent dono de raha hoon, budget pura hil gaya hai. Matlab, RERA ka kya faida agar builders aise delays karte rahein? Ready-to-move lena chahiye tha kya? Koi aur bhi hai jisko EMAAR ya kisi aur builder se itna delay mila hai?

Bhai, totally feel you! Same boat here with a different builder, but same situation. EMI + rent is killing me. Emaar ka toh suna tha ki thoda better track record hai, but ye toh sunke aur darr lag raha hai. Ready-to-move hi lena chahiye tha, ab lagta hai. Koi solution hai iska?
