Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Even working in real estate, buying for myself in Ghaziabad is tough. I'm looking at places like Crossings Republik, trying to verify builder track records. How do you guys actually check RERA registration beyond just the number? Kya builder ka title clear hai, ye kaise confirm karte hain? RERA complaints ka real-world impact kya hai when a builder like Prestige Group delays possession? I know about OC/CC but the practical side of legal steps seems murky.

OP, aapne title clear hone ki baat ki, that's my biggest worry. Mere ek relative ne plot liya tha, saalon tak case chala title dispute ka. Builder ne bola sab clear hai, but baad mein pata chala ki land pe litigation chal raha tha. Ghaziabad mein kya ye common hai? Aur isko confirm kaise karte hain, apart from lawyer ki fees?

Har builder ka website pe RERA number hota hai, but how do we know if it's actually legit or if there are tons of complaints? Prestige Group ke projects bhi dikhe hain, but ab darr lag raha hai.
U1, U2, RERA portal pe jaake builder ka name ya project ka RERA number daalo. Wahan saare complaints listed hote hain. Maine khud ek project mein invest karne se pehle check kiya tha. Abhay Khand mein ek project tha, usmein itne complaints mile ki maine book hi nahi kiya. Bahut detailed info milti hai, but samajhna mushkil hota hai ki serious kitna hai.
Sahi baat hai, bhai. Mere friend ka project bhi Prestige ka tha Bangalore mein, delay hua tha. RERA portal pe complaints kaise check karte hain, koi batao?
