Yamuna Expressway ke projects dekh raha hoon, 2BHK se 3BHK upgrade karna hai. Already Sector 78 mein ek 2BHK hai, so I'm familiar with the process. But legal side pe thoda tension hai. RERA registration check karna kitna important hai? Kya red flags hote hain jo log miss karte hain? Aur agar builder delay kare, jaise Saha Groupe ya Mahagun Mantra mein sunte hain, toh RERA mein actual options kya hain? Is it really effective for getting possession ya compensation?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! Yamuna Expressway mein projects dekhna matlab RERA ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Builder delays are a nightmare. RERA registration check karna is absolutely crucial, but even then, what's the guarantee for possession or compensation? This is my biggest worry as a first-time buyer.
Totally agree! My parents also faced similar issues with a builder in Alpha II, Greater Noida. RERA seems like a paper tiger sometimes.
