Bhai, Supertech ka track record hamesha se hi questionable raha hai. Neerajanil mein bhi yahi ho raha hai, no surprise. ROI toh tab milega jab property haath mein aaye. Abhi toh sirf EMIs aur rent ki double maar pad rahi hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh yeh sab nightmare se kam nahi hai. Lagta hai inke projects ka 'ongoing' status hi permanent hai.
Exactly! Mere ek friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein Supertech ka hi ek flat book kiya tha, same story. RERA complaints bhi bahut hain inke against. Bas date pe date milti rehti hai, kaam ka kuch pata nahi. Investors ke liye toh risk hi risk hai.
Totally agree with you. Builder delays are the new normal unfortunately. Bahut frustration hoti hai yaar.
