Builder delays: The real cost nobody talks about

Honestly not sure what I was thinking trusting Gee Aar Realmart with an under-construction project. Bola tha possession 2.5 saal mein, ab 4 saal ho gaye, aur abhi tak OC nahi mila. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 47, Mohali, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK near Golf Course Road. But this experience makes me seriously doubt if under-construction is worth the hassle anymore. Ready-to-move mein bhi kya hidden charges hote hain? Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth this headache? Mera already home loan chal raha hai, yaar.
