I'm looking at Omaxe Gardenia Floors in New Chandigarh and Vamana Riseonic in Zirakpur for a 2BHK. Budget is around 85L. My main concern is on-time delivery. Builders promise so much, but actual possession dates kitne realistic hote hain? Especially for Omaxe Celestia Royal, I heard mixed reviews. Also, construction quality ka kya scene hai? Koi hidden cracks ya seepage issues baad mein toh nahi aate? What's the word-of-mouth for Omaxe vs Vamana in terms of actual build quality? Aur investors ya end-users, kiske liye better hain ye projects? Hope someone can share their real experiences.
