Lake Ridge ki location achhi hai, near ORR. And 897 units hain, toh scale bhi bada hai. Price per sqft kya chal raha hai wahan? I heard it's around 6500-7000. For an upcoming project, it seems okay for a 2028 possession.
Price toh theek hai, but Alwal mein mere friend ne ek project book kiya tha, same rate pe.
Upcoming projects me hamesha risk rehta hai. 2028 is too far, anything can happen.

Sattva ka track record mixed hai, bhai. Lake Ridge to 2028 ka promise kar raha hai, but inka previous project, Sattva Magnificia, bhi delay hua tha by almost a year. RERA compliance toh dikhate hain but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Investors ke liye ye bahut bada red flag hai, especially with 897 units.
Totally agree with your point. Builders just show fancy brochures and give big promises. My cousin booked a flat in Attapur, original possession was 2022, abhi tak mila nahi hai. Sirf tension hi tension hai.
