Builder dilemma: Real quality and hidden costs in Delhi?
What's the real ground reality on construction quality and hidden charges for Delhi projects these days? I work in real estate, but buying my own 3BHK in South Delhi, maybe Saket or GK, budget around ₹3Cr, feels totally different. I know the marketing spiel, but I need honest buyer experiences, not brochure talk. I'm looking at DLF's Vasant Kunj projects, Godrej's upcoming ones near Dwarka, and Tata Housing's developments in Rohini. All seem decent on paper. Is DLF's finishing quality really an issue post-possession for their recent Delhi builds? For Godrej, are there unexpected hidden charges like PLC or maintenance deposits that pop up right before possession? And Tata Housing, is their construction quality truly superior or just brand perception? Which builder would you guys lean towards for an end-user, prioritizing actual quality and zero last-minute financial surprises?

Bhai, your dilemma is exactly mine! Main bhi South Delhi mein dekh raha hoon, budget around ₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK. DLF ke Vasant Kunj projects sunne mein toh acche lagte hain, but my friend bought in their Phase 5 Gurgaon project, aur 6 mahine baad hi seepage issue aa gaya tha bathroom mein. Unki after-sales service bhi bahut slow thi. Kya DDA flats ke paas wale DLF projects mein bhi same problem hai? I'm really wary of paying a premium just for the brand name.
