Builder financial health: Am I overthinking it?

Okay I'll say what no one says – Prestige ka naam bohot hai but unka financial health kitna strong hai, is anyone really talking about it? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Whitefield and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Prestige City ya Keya Life By The Lake. Everyone glorifies Prestige for their brand, but what if market thoda down hua? Unke projects kitne safe hain from stalling? Keya Homes ka kya scene hai? Unka toh ek hi project suna hai. Already home loan hai, don't want to get stuck. Also, on-time delivery ka kya record hai, especially with these bigger, multi-phase projects? Prestige City looks huge, will they actually deliver on time ya delays honge? Change my mind.
