Just moved into my new 3BHK in Dwarka last month, and honestly, the finishing quality is already a bit... concerning. Little plaster cracks are showing, and I noticed some balcony seepage after a small rain. Makes me wonder if I picked the right builder. I was looking at projects by Godrej and DLF too, but went with Omaxe ultimately for a place around ₹2.2Cr. Did anyone else face similar issues with Omaxe after possession? Or are Godrej and DLF generally better on construction quality in their New Delhi projects? Also, the final bill had some weird hidden charges, like an unexpected PLC that wasn't clear earlier. How do these big builders compare on post-sales support? Not sure if this is just standard for Delhi properties now.

Bhai, Omaxe ka track record Dwarka mein kuch khaas nahi hai. My cousin booked with them near Sector 10 and faced similar issues with seepage and electricals just a year after possession. DLF is generally better but also way more expensive for the same configuration. Godrej is hit or miss depending on the project manager and locality, like
Totally relate! Mera Godrej project (Anand Vihar mein) bhi delay ho gaya hai, RERA date se 6 mahine upar. Ab toh lagta hai quality bhi compromise ho jayegi. ₹2.2 Cr is a huge amount to invest and then face these issues.
Oh no, this is my biggest fear! I'm looking at projects in Dwarka too, around ₹2 Cr. Omaxe ka naam toh suna tha, but hearing this makes me so worried. PLC ka scene toh sab builders ka hai kya? Meri budget mein Godrej bhi aa raha tha.
Totally agree with U1. PLC should be disclosed upfront with the base price, not sprung on you later. Godrej usually has better transparency, but always get everything in writing. Dwarka mein competition bahut hai, so don't settle.
Haan bhai, PLC toh standard scam ban gaya hai. Mere project mein bhi last minute pe add kar diya था, koi option hi nahi chhora.
