Been chasing builders for months, trying to upgrade from my 2BHK in Sector 137 to a 3BHK near Yamuna Expressway. Hidden charges at possession are a real headache. Builders like Gaursons and ATS seem to hide costs like PLC or maintenance deposits till the last minute. Customer support post-booking? Once you pay, they often ghost you. My friend had a nightmare with M3M India. This EMI commitment feels risky. Anyone faced this with Godrej or ACE Group? What did you do to fight these extra costs or get their attention?
