Builder hidden costs in Sector 93 are a total rip-off

Sector 93 — things nobody told me before moving in. Just got possession from Gaursons last month, aur abhi se itne hidden charges aa rahe hain for club and power backup, jo brochure mein clearly mentioned nahi the. Maintenance bhi bahut high lag raha hai. Is this normal for new societies here? Ya sirf mere saath ho raha hai? Others also facing this issue?
