Did a quick walkthrough of Goyal Luxury Floors By Rahul Mangla's recently delivered units for a friend. Honestly, sab initial finish accha dikhta hai, but I'm worried about the long-term. Everyone talks about the fancy clubhouse or green areas, but nobody talks about the cracks, seepage, ya fitting issues jo 6-12 mahine mein nikalte hain. My priority for a 3BHK is a genuinely solid home for my kids, not just a beautiful brochure. Jab aap rehna shuru karte ho, tab asliyat pata chalti hai. Is it just me, or do builders often cut corners that only show up after a year of actual use? My wife is super concerned about maintenance headaches. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with you! I'm also looking for a 3BHK and this is my biggest fear. Builders show such amazing sample flats, but the actual unit might be a different story. Especially for a project like Goyal Luxury Floors, at ₹2.7 Cr, you expect top-notch quality, not just for a few months. My parents faced similar issues with their previous flat.
