Totally relate! 80 lakh is a huge amount, galti nahi karni chahiye. Builder ka track record check karna toh sabse important hai, especially for areas like Noida Sec 78. RERA complaints kitni effective hoti hain, yeh main bhi jaanna chahta hoon.
