Meri toh Ansal API ke saath bahut buri experience rahi hai. Booked a 2BHK in their Rajkot project back in 2018, promised possession by 2021. Abhi tak kuch nahi mila, sirf excuses. Market conditions in Rajkot have changed so much since then, prices have gone up, but my investment is just stuck. Legal team se baat ki, they said file a RERA complaint, but process itna slow hai ki himmat toot jaati hai. It feels like a lost cause sometimes, especially for first-time buyers like us.

Check project approvals, land titles, and most importantly, talk to people who have already bought from that builder. Don't just rely on marketing brochures. Ansal API is old (established 1967), but age doesn't guarantee timely delivery or clean records.

Totally agree with you, bhai! Ansal API ka toh pura history hai delays ka. My cousin booked a flat with them in Krishna Kunj years ago, and it's still stuck. RERA se pehle bhi yahi haal tha, ab bhi kuch khaas farak nahi pada. It's like they just pay fines and move on.

Haan yaar, RERA registration numbers mil jaate hain, but unka actual track record of delivering on time ya quality ka koi easy way nahi hai check karne ka. It's all hidden behind layers of corporate talk. We need more transparency.
