Ansal API jaise builders bolte hain 'fixed price', matlab kya? Brokers kuch discount bolte hain, builder kuch aur. Jabki log kehte hain 5-10% to aram se mil jaata hai. Is it true? Ya sirf resale mein chalta hai? Any hidden tactics for new flats? Kitna realistic hai builder se discount nikalna?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Rajkot mein builder negotiation is a joke. Especially on 150 Feet Ring Road, demand itni high hai ki builders sunte hi nahi. My budget is similar, 75L for 3BHK. Lagta hai resale hi option hai.
