Builder 'no EMI' schemes are a total scam.

Not proud of this but I almost got trapped by a builder's payment plan. My wife and I need a 3BHK for kids near Omega IV. Town Park Buildcon ne bola 'no EMI till possession', but it was just interest-free for a year. Bahut confusion hai. How do you guys spot these hidden payment plan tricks? Hope this helps someone.
