Is parking allocation in Greater Noida projects always a lottery, even for residents? I'm so fed up of renting, finally looking to buy, maybe at Daniya Azad Residency. My landlord just raised rent again, so I'm serious about building equity. But the vague parking rules or 'first come, first served' scares me. How do you guys ensure you get a dedicated, usable spot? Is there a trick to checking this before signing the dotted line? Hope this helps someone else too.

This parking issue is a critical point, especially with properties like Daniya Azad Residency, which are in the higher price bracket (₹2.6 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr). At this price, dedicated parking should be a given, not a 'lottery'. The current market conditions in Greater Noida are also making buyers more cautious. Builders know this, but still play these games. Always check the RERA documents and the sale agreement for specific clauses on parking. General 'common area' parking is often a red flag.
U3, you're right. Builders are notorious for this. My cousin bought a flat in Alpha II, Greater Noida West, a couple of years back. Unko bola tha ki stilt parking milegi, but at possession, they were told 'first come, first served' for open spaces. Ab har din parking ke liye jhagda hota hai. Is there any legal way to force the builder to provide what was promised, especially if it's not explicitly in the agreement?
Sahi kaha, U1. Daniya Azad Residency toh 2017 mein hi complete ho gaya tha, possession bhi mil chuka hai. Toh ab tak toh parking situation clear honi chahiye. But builders, even after completion, find ways to mess with buyers. Wahan total 50 units hain na? Itne units ke liye kitni parking provide ki hai unhone? Kya sabko dedicated slot milta hai?
Totally feel you, bhai! This parking scam is everywhere. Builders promise the moon and deliver a tiny, unusable spot or make you pay extra later. Daniya Azad Residency ki baat ho ya koi aur project, yeh common problem hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh double tension hai.
