Builder payment plans are a financial trap. Fed up of renting, I booked a 2BHK with Puravankara near Sarjapur Road. They said possession in 2.5 years, but construction is so slow. Ab EMI aur rent dono jaa raha hai. Builder bolta hai payment do, but site pe kaam nahi dikhta. Hidden charges bhi bahut hain. My budget ₹1.2 Cr tha. Not sure if I made a mistake. Anyone else facing this double burden in Bengaluru? How did you manage?
