₹1.5 crore for Sector 85? Thoda high nahi lag raha for a 3BHK, even if it's Godrej? Aur empty nesters ke liye 3BHK is still quite big, right? Maybe a 2BHK in a more developed sector like 83 or even closer to Badshahpur side would be more value for money and easier to sell your old place for.

Haan, clear dates toh dete hain, but woh sirf paper pe hoti hain. Mera ek friend Airport Road pe ek project mein phasa hai, builder ne 3 baar date extend kar di. Ab uski home loan EMI aur rent dono chal rahe hain. Bahut mushkil hai manage karna, especially for empty nesters jo double pressure mein hain.
