Builder payment plans are a total trap, change my mind.

Just moved into Stellar Group's project in Sector 51. Possession was delayed by 6 months; construction-linked plan almost bankrupted me. The pre-EMI interest was insane. Honestly, not sure if ready-to-move is always better? Has anyone else faced this? Am I the only one who thinks these plans are rigged?
