Ansal API is pushing construction-linked plans hard, but usko manage karna mushkil ho raha hai for investors. Down payment par discount milta nahi. Matlab, where's the flexibility? They say no price drop policy, but payments are still frontend loaded. How do you guys manage cash flow with these rigid terms? Is there any leverage for spot discounts on bigger down payments?
