Builder PLCs in Sector 22-D are pure loot.

What's with the insane hidden costs in Sector 22-D, especially after booking? I work in real estate, but buying a 2BHK myself for ₹78L here is making me mad. Builders like Gulshan Homz or ATS Group, their PLC charges and floor rise are just ridiculous, not upfront. Brochure mein kuch aur, agreement mein hidden charges bhar dete hain. Yeh toh poora game hai. Kya kisi aur ne bhi ye PLC aur extra charges ka game face kiya hai? Kaise deal kiya aap logon ne?
