Builder 'premium' tags are mostly for show, no?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK on Sarjapur Road, is this the going rate? I'm comparing Prestige, Sobha, Brigade. Buying for myself is different, even for me. Construction quality after possession – seepage, plaster cracks – kiski achhi hai? Aur customer support, booking ke baad do they even pick up the phone?
