SLS Elite Homes – we bought into the dream of quiet living for our retirement years. Kids have moved out, so we didn't need a huge place, just something manageable with good amenities. The brochure showed a fantastic clubhouse and serene green areas, but honestly, what we got is a joke. The 'clubhouse' is barely functional, and the landscaping is already looking neglected, actually. Maintenance charges are high, but the service feels non-existent. Are all builders like this? Did anyone else face such a huge gap between promise and reality with SLS Elite Homes or other projects here? Just wondering if it's just us...

Oh my god, thank you for posting this! We are also first-time buyers, looking at properties in the ₹60L range, and SLS Elite Homes was on our radar. The brochure looked so good, but your experience is exactly what I'm scared of. It feels like builders just show glossy pictures and then deliver something totally different. We're considering a place in Akshayanagar, and the sales guy there also promised the moon, but ab toh darr lag raha hai.
