Builder promises are just marketing, prove me wrong.
Honestly, I'm still kicking myself for not checking this earlier. From my experience, builder brochures are pure fiction. I was looking at Vatika Primrose Floors for a rental investment, but the promised amenities versus the actual delivery... total mismatch. Does anyone actually get what they were shown? Or is this just Gurgaon's standard practice, affecting ROI?
